Having experienced a lot of transformation, changes and challenges in my life whether its fear, loss, grief, abandonment, negativity, doubt, self-judgement, anxiety, stress, resentment etc I have experienced all from relationship losses, loss of 2 premature children, divorce, skin cancer, car accident etc I have developed a great capacity of love, understanding and compassion for people, myself included and learned the importance of forgiveness as a way of freeing yourself from the hurts of the past so as to enjoy the present and create your most magical desired future.
