My name is Caroline Lawlor.

I am an Intuitive Multidimensional Energy Healer, Holistic & Empowerment Life Coach/Mind Body Practitioner, Law of Attraction & Positivity Coach, Channel of Angelic Frequencies, Spiritual & Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, Quantum Healer, Author of The A-Z of Positivity and Heavenly Inspirations books and I am a mam to 2 beautiful girls.

My early life began in residential care, where I witnessed and experienced a lot of abuse, bullying, fear, terror and trauma. As a result, I grew up with low self-esteem and little or no self-worth, no sense of who I really was and the value of my presence in this world.

I created and developed personalities, habits patterns, beliefs and stories to survive and would often shrink so as to fit in. Afraid to stand out or speak up in case it would lead to more bullying, abuse or judgement.

The stories, patterns and habits that I had learned and developed as a child played out in a variety of ways as an adult in all of my relationships, personal, work etc with people showing up in my life and reflecting back to me what needed healing or soothing in each age and stage of my life. And so, as an adult, over the last 20 years like Louise Hay I set about healing my life, my inner child and healing my mind, body and Spirit.

So I studied and learned Law of Attraction and Healing tools, tips and techniques from the most wonderful teachers, healers and mentors and I have been blessed to support, meet, guide and teach the most amazing people both online and in person and teach a wide variety of classes including Meditation, Vision Board Workshops, Self Awareness & Self Development, Angel Days, Psychic Development & Reiki Workshops.

At age 40, in the same week I separated I went back to college, having believed for years this was not an option available for me. However, once the decision was made, the path opened up for me and 4 years later I graduated with a BA in Social Studies in Social Care and also a Diploma in Community Development, which has allowed me in recent years with love and appreciation to help, support, empower, inspire, and guide communities in disadvantage throughout Westmeath in Ireland.

I meet people wherever they are in their life, through every age and stage of life and there is never any judgement, only a desire to bless, support, guide, inspire, empower and help them come into balance, harmony and alignment and manifest their hearts desires, wellbeing and wholeness. All things are possible and so it is.
